10. REFUND POLICY

10.1 4:AMCLUB

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the purchase price of 4:AMCLUB. This guarantee applies regardless of whether you’ve taken advantage of the program offerings or not. To request a refund, please email us at support@ashtonhall.com within 7 days of your initial purchase.

10.2 Ashton Hall’s Blueprint

Unless a specific refund period is stated at the time of purchase, you acknowledge that each product or program may have its own refund policy. If Ashton Hall’s Blueprint offers a specific refund policy, it will be clearly stated on the checkout page or in your purchase agreement. If no specific period is provided, refunds may not be available except at Ashton Hall LLC’s sole discretion.

10.3 General Refund Terms

Requests for refunds must be submitted to support@ashtonhall.com within the applicable refund window.

If you are on a payment plan and request a refund within the authorized refund window, only the amount paid up to that point may be eligible for a refund.

If you request cancellation of your membership or subscription, please do so at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

12. LIFETIME ACCESS & PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

By purchasing any program, subscription, or course from Ashton Hall LLC, including but not limited to 4:AMCLUB and Ashton Hall’s Blueprint, you acknowledge and agree that “lifetime access” applies strictly to the core content of the program. This does not include access to support, mentorship, or private communities indefinitely.

Duration of Access: We reserve the right to modify, move, or remove content at any time.

Support and Community Access: If a program includes a period of support or access to a private community (e.g., 12 months), that access may expire after the stated timeframe. Continuing such access may require a separate membership fee at the then-current rates.

Format Changes: Ashton Hall LLC reserves the right to change platforms, delivery methods, or program features without prior notice.

13. DMCA COMPLIANCE
